HOLISTIC TAI CHI
Begin your tai chi journey...
​My name is Jo Perry and I am a Level 1 Tai Chi Instructor with the Deyin Institute of GB. I am offering Tai Chi classes in Cheshire for people of all ages and abilities. I teach various Yang Style Tai Chi forms and Qi Gong energy work - for complete beginners to those with some experience.
​
Classes are suitable for those who simply want to learn to relax, be more mindful, improve health and well-being or for those who wish to get fitter, more flexible and wish to understand the discipline and depth of Tai Chi practice.
​
Everyone is encouraged to work within their own comfort zone at all times. Loose, comfortable clothing and footwear are also recommended for the sessions.
